    This appointment is a short 20-minute Telehealth phone call so we can introduce ourselves and discuss what support you need.

    If you are keen to proceed, we then organise a booking-in visit where I come to you at a time that suits you to get booked in!

    The booking-in appointment is an initial consultation to book into my care. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through your pregnancy care plan, and discuss your individual needs, preferences, and questions. We’ll also complete an antenatal check to ensure everything is progressing well.

    This appointment is ideally booked before 12 weeks of pregnancy.

    I can provide you with:

    • All ultrasound requests

    • Antenatal blood test requests

    • Prescribe medications for morning sickness

    • Referral to your chosen maternity hospital

    • Referrals to other services as required

    In-person antenatal visits provide ongoing, personalised care throughout your pregnancy.

    These unrushed appointments focus on your wellbeing and your baby’s health, while giving you the space to ask questions, explore your options, and feel confident in your decisions.

    Each visit includes routine checks, monitoring your baby’s growth, and evidence-based guidance — all tailored to your stage of pregnancy.

    Recommended at 16, 20, 24, 28, 31, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41 & 42 weeks.

    $480 (Medicare rebate - $324.50 = ~$155.50 out of pocket)

    Birth preparation begins at your 31 week appointment, however this appointment requires submission of a pregnancy care plan to your birthing hospital.

  • Postnatal visits provide personalised support when you need it most — in the weeks after birth.

    With a focus on your recovery, your baby’s wellbeing, and your transition into parenthood, these visits offer practical guidance, reassurance, and care tailored to you.

    From feeding support and newborn care to emotional wellbeing and recovery — you’ll have the time and space to feel supported, informed, and confident.
